The updated vFiler™ 3.4.5 includes a streamlined install shield that combines the install of our OCR engine, Imaging Profession (tif viewer) and the vFiler™ demo application in a "One Click" install.  A person then just needs to add their OCR license code and install the USB Key (dongle) driver upon purchase.

 

Many new features have been added including:

1: New install shield

2:  Improved Workflow Loader to enable 1000s of

     documents to be processed without interruption

3:  Published image summary report (database)

4:  Password Protected PDF (Optional)

5:  Numeric ICR (written numeric character recognition)

6:  Choice of OCR Engine between Transym or MODI   

     (Microsoft Office Document Imaging)

7:  Marked Processor - Ability to imprint X to user defined

     areas

8:  Capture defined zoned - use would be capturing a

     signature and creating an image of it

9:  Optional capture delay to enable certain MFPs to

     complete tif image generation

10: Many other small changes that improve the user

      experience
