3.5 Setting Folder Privileges
Folder privileges can be set for individual members or for groups. The privileges are:
Read/Write Access: Members can upload files to and download files from this folder.
Read-Only Access: Members can view the contents of and download files from the folder, but cannot upload files to the folder.
No Access: Member cannot open or read the contents of this folder.
NOTE: You must have Create Folders & Read/Write privileges to a folder before you can edit its properties.
To set privileges for groups, edit the folder properties.
To set privileges for individual members, edit the folder properties, click on I want more options . . . (see Figure 4-56), then click on save to open the Folder Properties window (Figure 4-57).

Click on a member's name and use the
and
buttons to move their name to the appropriate privileges field (Figure 4-57). Click on Save to change the privileges or Cancel to close the Folder Properties window without changing the privileges. NOTE: You can shift-click and CTRL-click to select multiple consecutive names and nonconsecutive names, respectively.
