3.2 Library Actions: Folders
Right-click on a folder's name or use the folder's drop-down menu (Figure 4-7) to see the options and actions that you can perform. Each of these options is discussed in the following paragraphs.

3.2.1 Upload / Upload x 10
To upload a file to a folder:
1. Select Upload from the folder menu (Figure 4-8).

2. Use the Upload File window (Figure 4-9) to enter information about the file. Use the Browse button to locate the file.

3. Click save to upload the file or cancel to close the Upload File window without uploading the file.
To upload multiple files to a folder:
1. Select Upload x 10 from the folder menu (Figure 4-10).

2. Use the Browse buttons on the Upload File window (Figure 4-11) to locate the files you want to upload.

3. Click save to upload the files or cancel to close the Upload File window without uploading the files.
NOTE: To enter the title, author, etc. for files uploaded using Upload x 10, you need to edit each file's properties.
3.2.2 New Folder
Selecting New Folder from the folder menu (Figure 4-13) creates a folder within a folder. The procedure is the same as creating a folder on the Shared Drive.

3.2.3 Edit Folder
To change the folder's name or privileges, click on the folder name and select Edit Folder from the drop-down menu (Figure 4-14). Use the Folder Properties window (Figure 4-6) to change the name and the and buttons to change the privileges. Click save to change the Folder Properties or cancel to close the Folder Properties window without making any changes.

3.2.4 Delete Folder
To delete a folder, select Delete Folder from folder menu (Figure 4-15). The folder must be empty before you can delete it.

3.2.5 Cut Folder
Cut Folder allows you to move a folder and its contents to another folder.
1. Click on the folder name then select Cut Folder from the folder menu (Figure 4-21). A pop-up window (Figure 4-22) will confirm that you've cut the folder. Click OK to close this window.

2. Click on the folder where you want to paste the cut folder, and select Paste Folder from the folder menu (Figure 4-23). A pop-up window will confirm that you've pasted the folder (Figure 4-24). Click OK to close this window.

- Click on Shared Drive and select New Folder from the drop-down menu (Figure 4-5).
- Enter the folder name on the Folder Properties window (Figure 4-6) and assign privileges by clicking on a group name (such as All users in project) and using the button to move that name to the appropriate privileges field. (For more information on setting privileges, see paragraph 4.5.)
- Click on save to create the new folder or click on cancel to close the Folder Properties window without creating the folder.
